Raoul Maucherat de Longpre Site (1859-1911). raul de Longpre was born in Lyon, France where he first began drawing floral images at a very young age. By the age of 12, Paul de Longpre was earning an income painting flowers on fans for a Parisian firm. Paul de Longpre went from Paris, New York (1890), & ending in Los Angeles (1898). Louise-Élisabeth Vigée-Lebrun, (1755-1842). French artist, the daughter and student of her father, the artist Louis Vigée, was born on 16th April, 1755 in Paris. In 1776, she married the known art-dealer Jeanne Baptiste Pierre Lebrun. She made an early and brilliant career: in 1779 she officially became a court painter of the Queen Marie-Antoinette, in 1783 she was admitted to the French Academy of Arts.

Vigée-Lebrun was an extremely industrious and productive painter, she left more than 30 portraits of the queen and her ladies-in-waiting, many self portraits, and a lot of portraits of the European nobility. Her portraits are elegant and rich in color, very sentimental and idealized the model. But the evident difference of the models from their pictorial depiction did not embarrass the customers. Vigée-Lebrun was fashionable with the European aristocracy. Her fame grew even more with her immigration during the French Revolution first to Italy (1789-93), then to Vienna (1793-94), and then to St. Petersburg (1795-1802), where she also spent 6 very successful years painting portraits of Russian aristocrats. Emil Moise-Szalla (b. 1933, Drobeta Turnu-Severin) is a Romanian painter and scenographer. He graduated the Highschool of Fine Arts, and then the Nicolae Grigorescu Institute of Fine Arts in Bucharest, in the theater set design department, in 1960. Beginning in that same year, he started working as a scenographer for theaters in Bucharest, as well as theaters in other cities in Romania. He designed stage sets and costumes for almost 300 different theater shows. At the same time, as a graphic artist and painter, he has participated in numerous collective and individual exhibitions, as well as being invited to international plein-air art camps in Poland, Germany, Czechoslovakia, France and Ukraine. His works are present in various private collections in several countries. Since then he has collaborated with various theaters in Petrosani, Deva, Alba Iulia, Constanta, Pitesti, Buzau, Brasov and Bucharest. He also worked with the Polish Theater in Bydgoszcz and the Theater Baj Pomorski in Torun. Currently, his works are exhibited in galleries in France, Poland and Bucharest, such as "Orizont", "Art House" and "Galla". In 1992, he received the Grand Prix of the Jury in Caen, France. George Forster (1817–1896) was a masterful still life painter active in the latter half of the nineteenth century. Forster had a talent for rendering nuances of color and texture, elevating simple fruits and flowers to a level of sterling elegance. His paintings are a literal feast for the eyes, introducing a realm of pure visual delight. Born in Germany, Forster moved to New York in 1865 and began exhibiting at the National Academy of Design, the Brooklyn Art Association, the Boston Athenaeum, and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. His work is now featured in the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, the Columbus Museum of Art, and the Birmingham Museum of Art, among other prominent collections. Site
